I had a very disappointing experience at this location today. I ordered a shaken espresso through the drive-thru, but after waiting quite a while, I was told to drive around and park in the front so someone could bring out my drink. When the drink was finally brought out, there was no straw. I politely mentioned that I needed one, expecting she might have one with her but instead, I was told, “They’re inside if you want it go get it.” The entire point of using the drive-thru is convenience, especially when you’re on your way... read more
I placed a mobile order and went in to pick it up. As I was leaving, an employee said “Thank you, have a good day.” I responded by saying “Thank you, you too!” I guess he didn’t hear my response and replied “Or not, whatever!” I felt this was very rude, hurtful, and unprofessional. I always try to treat people with kindness and although he may not have heard me, that wasn’t an appropriate comment to a customer.
Very rude person working the register at this location. This person smarted off to my wife and told her to not have a good day. Do not support this place especially with this behavior.
