They need to retrain the workers because these drinks never come out right! I was giving them the benefit of the doubt but after today I’m done!
I usually have a good experience at this Starbucks, but my recent visit with Jessie was disappointing. She spoke loudly and wasn’t very patient, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I understand everyone has off days, but I hope the customer service improves.
