The team here is incredible. I spilled my iced green tea everywhere and the team immediately came to help and was incredibly kind to me. Aside from that I heard the manager behind the counter know many guests by name as they walked in.

I try to like this Starbucks so badly but they are sooooo slow. I waited 20 mins for a refresher, that’s unbelievable and I had work. Wish it would be a quick thing
