I would leave less than one star if I could! There’s nowhere to sit in here because all of the high school kids are taking up the tables even though they are not ordering anything. What’s worse is their management seems content to let it happen even though this is causing them to lose money. Doesn’t make a lot of sense!
Drive through was ridiculously long!!! Got there and placed my order with 20 minutes to spare before my shift and waited OVER 25 minutes for my ONE DRINK. There were minimal customers in the store and already three cars ahead of me that were waiting for god knows how long. I wasn’t able to get my order as I was already late for work by then and needed to get out of the line. Absolutely ridiculous what are your employees doing.
Everyone at this Starbucks is always so nice, but the waiting times are horrible. I understand that it is a busy location, but I ordered two drinks and a water (no custom drinks) and they took a little over 20 minutes. I appreciate the person that took my order upon waking in as there was no line, however, they helped everyone in the drive through and made the pick up order drinks before making my order.
