Awful. 45 minutes and counting I still don’t have my coffee and croissant. I’m actually livid I did the mistake of stopping here.
I love Starbucks but I will never come back to this location.. I waited more then 30 minutes in the drive thru to pick up my online order I ended up going inside after 30 minutes of waiting to find my coffee just made horribly. I understand The hardship of finding good reliable employees nowadays, but to spend this much money on trash is ridiculous.
Update! Came back after the renovations and once again terrible. They do all the drive through orders before they even begin an inside orders. Only come if you have 45 mins to waste! I’m not sure what happened to this plus but STAY AWAY! A bunch of teenagers managing themselves and inventory. NO WHIPPED CREAM! The barista handed the girl in drive through the drink, but she waited until she finished her drink before she handed it out the window. TERRIBLE SLOW SERVICE!
Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They definitely prioritize mobile/uber/DoorDash over customer in store and in the drive thru. Don’t come here if you’re trying to be quick.
Great staff! Everyone was very clean and fast!
