Mama G. rang me up. She asked for clarification on my order twice, which was fine because I wasn't sure about a few things. But when I answered she rolled her eyes and half shook her head, (like "dumb customer). She didn't ask for my name, so nothing was labeled. Then the Barista git my frap wrong apparently because of how it was labeled. I found Mama G. To be impatient and unpleasant.
i've been a barista for 7 years and my drink, brown sugar shaken espresso, always is made horribly here...i've asked them remake it and it tastes equally as bad. they add and insane amount of milk and you can't taste the espresso at all. i think they're making an oat milk latte instead of the drink i ordered. the drink also comes with cinnamon powder on top and the drink never has it - even after asking them to remake it. this is super disappointing because this is the closest starbucks to me but i would go anywhere else bec... read more
This is the best Starbucks I’ve been to. The guys were so kind to me me than any other Starbucks I’ve been to. I appreciate it because I know what it feels like to have bad service. Thank you for your soft skills is greatly appreciated.
I always buy coffee sometimes breakfast here Monday-Friday as I work around the corner. I always order extra hot, however I have noticed they never put sleeve unless I tip. Even that depends on the tip. I think I need to stop coming here.
Spotlessly clean. Lovely staff and relaxing atmosphere. You can’t go wrong. 😊
