I always buy coffee sometimes breakfast here Monday-Friday as I work around the corner. I always order extra hot, however I have noticed they never put sleeve unless I tip. Even that depends on the tip. I think I need to stop coming here.

I went into this location at 9:50 on July 18th, 2025. I walk to work(in the same shopping center), and today it was 92 degrees. I asked the manager Margaret for a water. She looked me up and down, and asked if I was going to buy something. I said no, but that I just needed water. She refused, so I left. I googled the policy - which states that if you are not busy at a Starbucks location you may have the CHOICE of giving out water.
