I used to come to this location all the time, but unfortunately it has really gone downhill. A couple of months ago, I ordered a matcha latte with sweet cream cold foam, and the older gentleman working there made it. Yes they have the vertica machine
Went may 1st, daytime, I saw the guy there mess up a few orders before mine. Someone left disappointed because their strawberry drink didn’t have strawberries in it, they were too shy to tell him it was wrong twice. Then my drink was wrong. I ordered a trenta energizer and he tried to give me a tall first, then he had to hand it to another employee to fix, he also handed them the wrong cup, she noticed and got the right size to fix it.
