Went may 1st, daytime, I saw the guy there mess up a few orders before mine. Someone left disappointed because their strawberry drink didn’t have strawberries in it, they were too shy to tell him it was wrong twice. Then my drink was wrong. I ordered a trenta energizer and he tried to give me a tall first, then he had to hand it to another employee to fix, he also handed them the wrong cup, she noticed and got the right size to fix it. This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations in the area. They don't have a drive-thru, but I think that only adds to the great customer service. The staff goes out of their way to remember their customers and they always get my order right on point.
Everyone here is so kind! This location usually has people and/or dogs hanging out which gives a nice community vibe. Margaret always remembers me and my twins no matter how much time has passed since our last visit. Happy 25th anniversary Margaret!
