First I want to commend the team at Starbucks for an amazing experience every-time I walk in. I’m always greeted with a warm friendly smile even if it’s at the crack of dawn or before they close. I work close by here and there are times I need a quick coffee or meal to have, Starbucks in Downtown Crown is always there for me. Too bad the Muddy Branch store closed. This location is overwhelmed by the amount of business they are doing. I ordered 10 minutes before arriving, and I still had to wait 10 minutes once I got there Today my coffee tasted like it had sat on a burner for two days. It was too burned to drink.
Worst Customer service for people of color. If you are Latino or black dark skin they do not want to help you and make you wait as soon as they see a person with lighter complexion they help them right away employees mistreat you and the employees look down at people of color. When in reality they make minimum wage and working at Starbucks lol If you by any chance decide to come here be prepared to be mistreated and face discrimination.
