Let me preface this by saying this may not be the employees fault. However, this is a big problem. I went to order three travelers boxes to bring to my kids' school for all the teachers. The app allowed me to pay and sent me updates that everything was ready. Obviously I was pressed for time as I wanted to get there before school. I show up and the minute I saw the employees face I knew something was wrong. She says, "I'm sorry, but we dont do those here." I'm looking at her in disbelief.
