Some people are just not meant to be in the drive thru, so I got a cranberry bliss bar and a hot peppermint mocha. She handed me my food item and then said, "have a nice day" im like is she talking to me. Then proceeds to ask me, "is there something you're waiting for?" I told her. "My drink". Like come on and do your job. Is not hard to remember the orders when someone is paying. That really made me upset because I got 2 items and she cant remember what I just paid for. My drinks were not made as requested. I called to let them know and requested a new drink as a courtesy Naomi refused and said No because she made it correctly. I don't see any whipped cream I don't see any caramel brulee topping and I don't see any trace of cinnamon sprinkles (photo attached) Sad. She could have just said yes to make another drink and I would have drove out there again in this rainy weather. Disappointed.
