It was the start & the beginning of me having a bad day, it just didn't go as planned. My app popped up saying earn 50 stars deal.. and said what the heck I have about $4 in my gift card. So, I added a few more $ and ordered. I got the seasonal "pumpkin spice Frap s oat milk" & a "potato chive bake" and my nickname is "Pinky" so my name via the app is Pinky and when I picked up my drink it had been handwritten on the side "Pinky Pie" that just melted my heart ❤️ and just the rest of my day with a positive, happy feeling. Dont keep asking me, "is that it?" While i am ordering. Super rude and pushy. I'll tell you when i am done ordering!
I’m sorry but they just don’t make the drinks correctly or consistently. I used to be a partner at Starbucks and I don’t understand this. Even when I ask ahead to make sure it is correct, they still mess it up on a regular basis.
Barista send several of us to get order inside to pick up our orders even though we had placed it ahead of time. Very disrespectful and rude. Manager Please train your Baristas to be polite and have manner's. Bell Lane Manager has done an awesome job with her Baristas. Don't recommend this place. Best Starbucks is Winton way By Save Mart . They're very courtesy and know how to treat customers.
