My daughter was in town recently, staying at the hotel, and we a horrible experience at this location. Jessi was incredibly rude and did not seem to care about how she spoke to others and the store seemed to be dirty. The cafe had wrappers all over the place, the garbage was overflowing, and the counters looked like they hadn’t been cleaned all day. We will not be back.
Worst service. I was in a meeting and bought my breakfast at 8:45am and got busy in the meeting and came back during my break at 10:00, just warm up my coffee and the Lady refused to do so. Just said “we can’t do that you have to pay for a new coffee” I regret spending money there I rather go to a gas station near by. I recommend other people to stay away from this place.
Friendly and helpful as I don't often visit Starbucks and needed assistance ordering.
