Lack of customer service. Overcharged, bad quality products and not actual starbucks products when they are advertised as it. I have been charged for multiple coffees when I only ordered 1 and a breakfast item. This location has went downhill since Ashlyn left and needs to be cleaned out and restaffed. The girls at the front never make the coffee the same and it always tastes burnt. ****update again. Since this has happened the starbucks employee has stalked my home and place of work. And I will be contacting authorities.

Very rude and lack customer service. The girl that gave me my change put it in my hand and said nothing, then the woman with the dreads just slid my daughter her drink and didn't say a word. My daughter said thank you and I told her they woman should've been thanking her as she was a paying customer. No thank you, no have a nice day just ignorance and lack of customer service skills.
