The people were very nice but extremely slow and I ordered a salted Carmel cold brew and they didn’t have cold brew so they used ice coffee and it was horrible. If I had more time I would have taken it back.
I gave them a 75% tip when I ordered and proceeded to watch the board change as every person after me was served. When I finally spoke up, they said they “lost the order.” Guys, my name was on the board the whole time.
Staff here are some of the friendliest I've known at Starbucks. They're quick to make drinks, and are incredibly accommodating of complicated requests! UPDATED REVIEW: they recently redid the space, and it's *awful*. All of the seating is incredibly short, and the one regular height table is the only four-seater, and also the only table accessible for a wheelchair without having to be crammed at a tiny table right in the middle of things blocking traffic.
