Love the new remodeled store, cozy environment. All staff that I have meet have been amazing and kind. Madi even remade my drink when I accidentally ordered the wrong size!
I ordered a coffee online and there was a fly in my drink!! Clearly they have no quality control and I will be returning to any Starbucks again.
Even though you pay extra for customizing your order it doesn't seem they follow what you ask for.
Not the workers’ fault but I’m surprised that I couldn’t just get a cup of hot water to warm my infant grandson’s bottle without having to buy something else. I’ve never been refused literal water before. The corporate greed is not sustainable for society.
