This Starbucks has the best customer service I ever encountered in a Starbucks, all thanks to Emerson’s patience with me as I downloaded my app and tried to figure out what I wanted. She was super helpful by offering advice like sugar free Vanilla syrup when I told her that I needed something low in sugar. She really does deserve a raise with all the questions I put her through. I never met anyone her age with that level of patience. Kudos to her and I hope it’s contagious. Great job!
