I ordered a frappe and a tomato pesto sandwich for lunch and this was what I was given. Before I opened the sandwich I thought all I got was bread. This was the most disappointing looking sandwich ever
Store starting to improve. Last 2 trips have been great. Management made some adjustments. Good job.
I usually do not visit Starbucks, being in Wilmington, on the coast we have competitive mom and pops cafés but @ 1:06pm on July 5th, ordering from the drive thru I ordered a hot Grande Latte w/ whole milk, and far be it from me to say it was quite a pleasant experience. Not only did I get a tasty latte, I got professional, courteous service along with a smile on my cup and a pup cup for Layla, which she loved! That is service. Now if only corporate would pay a decent wage for such performance. Just a thought, per se.
