Overall the people are great, the service is wonderful and the atmosphere is lovely. My only issue is with the espresso machine. My drink came out extremely hot. I was assured it was the normal temp setting which has me wondering if the the heat element or internal thermometer is out of sync (I asked for it to be remaid using the warm setting and it came out hot). Which could explain why the blonde espresso was bitter and dry, however, it taste like the machine needed a full calibration. ~Concerned Coffee Master
I ordered a frappe and a tomato pesto sandwich for lunch and this was what I was given. Before I opened the sandwich I thought all I got was bread. This was the most disappointing looking sandwich ever
Store starting to improve. Last 2 trips have been great. Management made some adjustments. Good job.
