my drink was made completely wrong.. i’m aware it’s not supposed to be filled to the top due to what i ordered but there was no syrup, no pecan topping, and it was vanilla cold foam
Ordered a grande strawberry açaí lemonade with raspberry pumps. Watched the kid make it and watched him make it without the lemonade. Mind you my drink is dark red and purple rather than the normal pink. I told the kid making the drink that there was no lemonade in it and he told me there was (there absolutely was not I watched him make it). Incredibly inconsistent. Training is poor.
5 employees standing around, chatting, doing nothing. 1 person taking orders, pouring the drip coffees, and getting pastries. 1 person barely moving "working" the espresso counter. The store was dirty, the pastry case was empty, the restroom had no toilet paper. I ordered 5 drinks for the office for about $40 and when I went to pay the cashier they said they couldn't take any bills larger than a $20. What? You're giving me like $8 back.
