Honestly worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I went and saw they had a bit of a line so I did a mobile order and then waited longer than literally everyone that was there when I arrived. I ordered at 8:45 with an estimated ready time of 9:04, didn’t get my coffee until 9:37. We asked what the hold up was and they said they were prioritizing the line and would get to mobile orders once the line cleared rather than getting them in order. The barista made the wrong drink. I let her know. She politely apologized and took the drink in the back never to return. I let the lady in a sports jacket know and they made another. Had to restate 3x what the drink was: "hot carmel macchiato." They'd repeat back "ok, iced, nonfat?" And I'd reply back "no, hot carmel macchiatto normal milk." And they asked again, so no, nonfat?" Like many people who frequent this casino I was excited to see what the remodel was going to have in store at the Starbucks. The Experience can be described in a simple sentence: "get in, leave money and get out!" Seriously folks? Remove all the seating, turn up the lights Way High, and push the counter far away from the wall leaving just enough space for people to purchase and then be forced out. This would never fly in Vegas what makes them think this was a good idea.. oh I know: no other choices. Sad
This Starbucks is inside of Harrah's casino. 1 star due to the prices. How they can charge so much is beyond me. Everything costs like twice as much as normal Starbucks for the same thing only a little worse quality. On top of this there is always a long line and no way to order ahead! Yes it's the only Starbucks in the area, but I would rather drive 30 miles to one that won't over charge me and allows you to order ahead.
Horrible customer service. Took over 30 minutes to get two Pikes. I ordered two Pikes and waited in the line like everyone else. After 20 minutes the order showed ready on the screen but the coffee wasn't ready. When people that were after me got their orders, I asked about mine.The girl who took my order rudely replied, " I already gave you one, and she is making the other one" pointing to the other worker.
