I’m incredibly frustrated with my recent experience at this location. I do not drink coffee, but I stopped in to purchase a cup of ice or even just a cup of water—fully willing to pay for it. To my surprise, I was told they would not sell me either unless I also purchased a coffee. This policy is completely ridiculous. Water and ice are basic necessities, and I was not asking for anything free.
