Got two venti drinks. had an issue with paying the lady seemed respectful helping us out. I'm not sure if she had a bad day but as we were waiting for our drinks you could tell she was annoyed. screwed up one of our orders and we were about to tell them they made the wrong size only for them to screw up an order for a customer before us. I have never waited so long for a coffee we’re talking 45 minutes to an hour. I tried to get a pumpkin cream cold brew today (main reason for stopping) and there’s no vanilla so no cold foam to be made. This Starbucks needs some serious restructure / staffing TLC. I like Starbucks for the consistency but after this being the scenario here every year, we will not be back
I don’t know what happened with this Starbucks other than apparently new staff, but wow it took 22 minutes for an venti iced caramel macchiato and online ordering not available. Need to get better. The old crew was way faster.
Cadence (forgive me if the spelling is wrong) was amazing today. I an a newly diagnosed diabetic and she went above and beyond to explain everything for me. Even offered to have some additional sugar free syrup options for me next time I come in! She took her time and was so patient and kind. She made me a delicious drink! Thank you so much, you really made my day!!!
I know it’s tough to get help at this location, but waiting over 40 minutes for coffee will have us going elsewhere moving forward.
