I went to pick up my mobile order this morning around 7:15-30am, right before work. I would normally go inside the location because the drive-through line is always so long I long. However, this morning there was only one other car in the drive-through so I thought in order to save some time I would just go ahead and go through the drive-through because I was also not feeling very well. Workers here are sexist! As a woman, I was waiting patiently in line and my order WAS NOT taken until a man walked behind me. Starbucks is NOT supposed to stand for that but clearly they do. Very cold staff. Names of the culprits were two white women (as most workers were white). Very disrespectful staff who only take you seriously if you are a man.
Fast and friendly service as always. I was looking forward to the iced pumpkin spice cream latte returning this fall and look forward to enjoying it all season long.
This location is the epitome of rude. Walk in and no acknowledgement for almost 10 minutes but people after me get acknowledged immediately. I guess it's because they hate delivery drivers even though we make up a significant percentage of their business. Starbucks should be ashamed that they allow these people to serve in a customer service role
