Came here the morning of 10/3 around 12:10pm, and unfortunately, the service was disappointing. There were three employees working: one taking orders at the register, one barista making drinks, and one employee restocking. The line continued to grow, but there seemed to be very little urgency from the employees at the register or the one restocking. I could not pick up my mobile order 30 MINUTES after opening because the two employees pictured did not have the store ready and DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ME WHEN KNOCKED ON THE DOOR. Now I have to go through customer service hell to get my money back.
Great service and enjoyable atmosphere
Angie, lady who rung me up was not pleasant at all. Didn’t acknowledge me or my family and acted like she hated her job. My coffee came out great, service not so well.
