Went today, walked into the store and was the first one in line at 12:13 Waited 6 minutes to give the employee my order, so my order was submitted at 12:20, and I saw on my bank that it charged my card at 12:40 I asked an employee if it would be ready soon, and he told me they were having technical difficulties, then went back to ringing people up at checkout. I ordered a venti but they gave me a venti cup and my drink filled half cup and the other half with whip…is the new Starbucks 🤦♂️ it’s not the 1st they do this
