Went today, walked into the store and was the first one in line at 12:13 Waited 6 minutes to give the employee my order, so my order was submitted at 12:20, and I saw on my bank that it charged my card at 12:40 I asked an employee if it would be ready soon, and he told me they were having technical difficulties, then went back to ringing people up at checkout. Then at 12:53 I finally got fed up and asked a different employee to make my drink, which she seemed upset about, didnt say a word and made it then put it on the count... read more
