I visited this location on 06/25/25 around 1 PM and the older heavyset hispanic lady was rude and made my experience very unpleasant. I asked for my drink to be remade after she prepared it incorrectly and she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. She also ignored me after I loudly said excuse me almost five times. I got a matcha latte with almond milk and brown sugar she literally put whole milk and forgot the brown sugar, she sucked and ruined day
Both drinks we got had a horrible aftertaste, I get the caramel crunch often at other starbucks locqtionw so I know what It tastes like, go somewhere else.
