The short black girl does NOT like doing Frappuccinos and has turned me away multiple times, saying "we're not doing frappes today." She's the only one who gives me a problem with my order. Every time I go in there and she's there I never get what I want. That's very poor customer service.
The hours are wrong. They close at 6 o'clock.
Service is declining fast, staff is not what it use to be and it's starting to seem like a McDonald's.
