Personnel disrespectful with customers
I walked in and was completely ignored by two workers who were facing me. Three feet away. When I brought up the fact that I wasn’t even greeted or told “just a minute”, he said he was busy. God almighty. A service company too busy for customer acknowledgement. There was no line. No one at the cash register but me.

I have been coming to this location for over 7 years. This location has been my favorite! And I travel up I30 with at least 6 different choices. I’ve turned alot of people on to this location right off of 30. Only recently have I started experiencing problems which has led me to meet manager Craig. He is very attentive, great listener, professional, & transparent. Overtime we know staff come and go, hopefully through training, staff will continue to bring the best service to ensure we keep making that little detour off the h... read more
