I walked in and was completely ignored by two workers who were facing me. Three feet away. When I brought up the fact that I wasn’t even greeted or told “just a minute”, he said he was busy. God almighty. A service company too busy for customer acknowledgement. There was no line. No one at the cash register but me.

I have been coming to this location for over 7 years. This location has been my favorite! And I travel up I30 with at least 6 different choices. I’ve turned alot of people on to this location right off of 30. Only recently have I started experiencing problems which has led me to meet manager Craig. He is very attentive, great listener, professional, & transparent. Went through the Drive Thru service today and was greeted with a very unique and funny experience from Erik! I want to leave a positive review highlighting his quirkiness and wonderful personality that made both my sister and I laugh out loud. Thank you Erik, for your patience and positivity 🫶
Abby w deserve a raise and promoted. She got professional manner and while waiting for the drink she offer me water. Best customer service then the other girls
