I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years and all of a sudden that charge for an ice water. I was highly upset that I was forced to make a purchase just to get a water that I forgot to pick up from another location with my purchase.
They always take forever to make drinks it’s been over 20 minutes almost 30 and I ordered inside, maybe they are understaffed but people who came in after me have got their drinks and all I got was a refresher. Makes no sense.
What do these baristas have against actually mixing drinks? I get an iced lavender latte and I have to go home and use a spoon to mix in the powder, every single time. They even disabled the “stirred” option on the app for this drink. Why are the baristas so lazy…?
They yell at you if you order and show up with 5-6 minutes but then tell you all mobile orders must wait at least 10 minutes before being picked up but when I do that my food is always missing items or my drinks are watered down or no longer frozen. Mind you it’s before 630 am I’m in the drive thru as the sole car in the drive thru lane. This has happened multiple times now…
