I just want to say that I appreciate Shane and Cameron they're both good men and prepared and they're very thoughtful to me and I truly appreciate them hope you guys can give them a special reward because of their generosity this is very generous for me I'm honored to know them I'll be there soon and I will definitely get something from there by Wednesday morning I really appreciate you guys including everyone there too
So I went to this Starbucks today and ended up getting this partially in my mouth through the opening of my coffee. It was extremely gross. I did call and speak with the supervisor which was extremely nice. However I will not be returning for anything to this location as this is not something I want to chance experiencing again. It appears to be a Splenda packet which has likely been touched by someone hands which probably have all kinds of germs on it. Just unsanitary in my opinion. I don’t think they could’ve done better. There were multiple people behind the bar, which I don’t see often. They worked all as a team and swiftly got all the orders out respectively, a guy barista offered to remake a drink for a man because he walked in a couple minutes later than when the drink was made. I’ve seen stocking, cleaning, everyone on task, greeting and working well as a team. I’ve worked customer service for years now. Spectacular work!!
