I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location. The first time I visited, I ordered a matcha drink that was poorly mixed—it had noticeable clumps, which made it unpleasant to drink. I decided to give it another try today and ordered an iced caramel macchiato, but unfortunately, it was just as disappointing. The drink tasted watered down and had a burnt aftertaste.
They’re usually good with orders but this Starbucks can’t seem to make a cold brew right. Ordered twice and they gave me iced coffee with whipped cream. Very disappointed, paying $6-$7 for the wrong coffee is very upsetting.
