Always good, and everyone is so nice!! Had a latte and vanilla scones.
Disgustingly filthy. 7 employees, none cleaning 9th time in this location, at least. Same stool broken. Pure greed and laziness. Lack of management skills. And the corporation wonders why they are losing market shares.
Had a very bad experience with drive through. Asked them to cut my grilled cheese into four pieces for a child, something they had done previously numerous times. They agreed. The woman in drive through gave me the grilled cheese uncut, and said “we don’t have enough labor and it’s not our standard” while there were three others working. I go here everyday and have spent hundreds over the last year. If you want quality reliable service for your money, go to a different store, or even brand.
