It’s honestly hard to find a decent Starbucks where the drinks are consistent and the baristas know your name. Where it’s the same people working week after week. That’s value. More than the brand.
What I learned while waiting for my order was don't walk in go through drive-through. drive-through is prioritized, they will push every mobile order on drive-through above walk-in's...manager said to another client. I waited 22 minutes for one latte no food.
I do believe something's happening at this store. Once again, I waited about 25 minutes in the drive-through (7 cars) to get a bagel with cream cheese and a cup of coffee, but the bag with the bagel had only a bagel and a knife, no cream cheese. The coffee was also missing the Splenda. I would have gone back in the drive-through line to fix this, but I wasn't willing to wait another 25 minutes or more.
