My personal experience: Quality control here is great. Their drinks are consistent. I have enjoyed everything I have tried when I go. The employees have great attitudes, friendly demeanors and good customer service skills. The atmosphere is fine. It's a Starbucks. They follow corporate instruction. So it's clean and decorated. However, nothing out of the ordinary.
Waited 25 minutes when it was not even busy, just to have my drink practically an ice block and I’m chewing it to drink it.
