Witnessed an unpleasant experience here. There was a customer who seemed upset and were fairly disruptive but nothing said seemed untrue or vulgar. The staff responded with literal name calling. Unbelievably unprofessional and set an uncomfortable setting. There are so many coffee places in Fargo don’t go here if you actually want to enjoy yourself
I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks for a little over a year, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best locations I’ve ever visited… at least when the manager isn’t present. Since he was hired about 7–8 months ago, the atmosphere has noticeably shifted. While I don’t know his name, his presence is consistently draining, both for the staff and for customers who pick up on the tension. Ordered a large coffee and it came half full. Carmel frappuccino was either missing something or watered down. Probably the worst flavor I’ve ever had. Slow service. Employees didn’t seem to be very happy today.
Easy access. Some friendly baristas, some not so much. Drinks were what we ordered. Happy to see unisex bathrooms but, could be better maintained.
