Quality of making hot/cold drinks is very poor and inconsistent Felt like wasting money at this branch. Not sure why the quality is not consistent whether it depends on person or training.
I just went to Starbucks to get a Pink Drink from the Mason store that’s inside Kroger. The associate was so disrespectful and she spoke with such a bad attitude. She doesn’t know how to make a pink it’s plain coconut milk and few dried strawberries. I feel like I threw 5$ in trash and got disrespect and bad attitude
I was so happy that they were open on Easter Sunday. Emily made my strawberry acai drink and it was amazing!
