Me and my husband went through the drive drive through and it took seven minutes to place our order, And after we paid. A man named Jessie got our drinks wrong then gave us one of the drink with liquid dripping down the cup,We had to ask him to wipe it off and give us paper napkins and a exra cup. Awful customer service at this location.. Needs improvements asap.
We will never go back to this Starbucks again! We stop at Starbucks on an average of once a day. Every time we visit this location the place is filthy! Coffee always spilled out front, no toilet paper in the bathrooms, sticky floors, overflowing garbage cans. When you point out these things to the staff they act like it's no big deal. It is the same every time we go. We thought we would avoid this by using the drive thru one day.
