I absolutely despise having to interact or even see that the barista “Cynthia” is working a shift whenever I go. She’s always rude, super condescending and negative. She will always make you feel like you’re inconveniencing HER. I’ve tried to give her benefit of the doubt and think maybe she’s having a bad day, but this is allllll the time. Seriously Charlotte, hire people who will actually want to do their job.
Drive through only but the barista helped me very well, was smiling and liked my cup.

Bro I just picked up my drink from here and I don’t know who prepared it, but the cold foam was the most coldest foam I’ve ever gotten. Absolute heaven and that person needs to be promoted to CEO.
