We visited this Starbucks location on the 4th of July. It was quite busy, especially the drive-thru, but the staff remained incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. We had a couple of hiccups—my older son purchased one of their reusable mugs and wanted to have hot cocoa in it, but the lid wouldn’t close properly. Me and my dad went through the Drive-thru and the service was great and the employees were so friendly. We'll go there for our next coffee.

Ordered a brown sugar shaken iced espresso grande automatically comes with 3 shots around $5.95, but I wanted it hot, 3 of the servers said since it’s not shaken they had to charge for the 3rd shot so about $7.00….make this make sense please?
