Went in today for a coffee and a falafel pocket. Came back home with what I thought I had ordered. Nope! I got a jalapeno chicken pocket. Fine, I thought, mistakes happened. Trying calling in to get my reward points I used to redeem the food item but got hung up on. I tried calling again in case it was a mistake, and the phone didn't ring. Sounded like they unplugged it. Recently visited Starbucks, especially since it’s one of my most favorite places to get coffee and I was pretty happy with the service. My drink was made right and I had a great experience with a barista there, AENIAH is her name- she listened, repeating my order too in order to make sure she did her job right and was pleasant.
