The Starbucks in the library accepted my personal cup. This Starbucks didnt for some reason. Other than that, they work efficiently for how busy it gets & my order is always right <3
Starbucks is not vegan friendly, everything could be so easily made without exploiting other animals to death. Yet they decide to disrespect their bodies. Also when I asked to use my reusable cup they would still measure in a cup that they would throw out, whereas the whole point of it was saving it - become vegan already and be more environmentally friendly - this is not up to you, the planet is home to everyone!
Drink was made too sweet, asked for a remake- they said no. Ok, can we resolve this cup of coffee to make it less sweet without remaking it? Add black coffee or milk. They said no. Said if I wanted it less sweet I would need to buy another $7 coffee from there. I get their policy but they truly need to work on their problem-solving skills.
