I waited for almost 30 minutes because the orders were not handled properly, and I was told that only one machine was working. It was ridiculous and frustrating. People who came after me received their orders before I did, leaving me waiting for 30 minutes. Regardless of the reason, this is not acceptable behavior. Please treat customers fairly, act professionally, and respect everyone’s time. I will not return to this location as a faculty member.
If you want to get ignored come to this place. Employees ignored me when I asked if they were open, train your employees better! It’s not hard to give good customer service, you people want tips but have cranky attitudes and do the bare minimum!
