Amazing service from this place, i know sometimes you might have to wait a little longer than expected but as a person who worked on food business i know how it is, the best place i have and will continue returning to it every single day in my way to work and back!
Whoever called the cops on the matcha girl running her wellness truck from the other side of the Grey Barn parking lot, hope that energy comes back to you. She’s properly licensed and just out there trying to make an honest living, and instead of minding your business, you chose to make it harder for her. And to the Starbucks manager who made that call, CONGRATS. That was unnecessary, petty, and honestly just a bad look. Do better hater.
No one cares about customer service. Specifically asked for coffee without foam, low and behold I get the same with foam and since I'm a distance away, not about to go back. I tried contacting customer support and told by answering machine we no longer answer phone calls.
