No one cares about customer service. Specifically asked for coffee without foam, low and behold I get the same with foam and since I'm a distance away, not about to go back. I tried contacting customer support and told by answering machine we no longer answer phone calls.
My 65 year old uncle went there but first he needed to use the bathroom, before he ordered Mind you he’s a regular customer. The boy at the register said that he couldn’t use the bathroom unless he was going to buy something which he was but after using the bathroom. He denied him access to the bathroom
