Beautiful Starbucks, but the service was poor. I asked for extra whole milk in a venti drink and was refused because it would be considered a latte, even after offering to pay extra. I was sent to the condiment counter, which only had 2% milk available. The staff seemed unwilling to help, and the overall attitude was unappealing. Disappointing experience
I have traveled up and down the East Coast for years and have a lot of friends work at Starbucks. This location is on the very bottom of customer service, Second day in a row they don't listen to the order probably, No smiles No hello Just not the best version of Starbucks. Place was clean and such but the staff was very unfriendly and incompetent.
You can never go wrg with Starbucks when you want over inflated prices for a cup of joe... I aint mad! Lol
