Horrible experience. Went there last time to have an iced shaken espresso and the employee who took the order was nice. Went there today as well but I was charged way more than last time and in my last order I had even had a salted caramel cream cold foam. I talked to the employee about the price difference and she asked me if I wanted to talk to a manager and I said yes. Had to wait 10 min for that because the manager was talking to a friend I guess. Asked for a Venti coffee and when I told staff that the coffee was supposed to be venti instead of grande and they were rude and said there was nothing they could do

I stopped coming here for a while because the quality of drinks wasn’t good most of the time. I gave it a try again since I was already in Union for an event. Ordered a tall latte and it was horrible again. Tasted like watered down milk. Very little foam. I guess not every Starbucks is same. The quality of coffee and experience should be managed better here. I truly don’t understand how you can make latte taste like this.
