Shouldn’t take 15 minutes for a $7 coffee. I didn’t tip and was penalized and forced to wait while over 10 other coffees were made.
Matthew is extremely rude. This morning, I placed a mobile order and I’ll admit, I was early, but what I didn’t need was a lecture from him about how they have 10 minute plus wait times for drinks and that I placed my order x amount of minutes ago and this time he will try to rush it but next time I need to wait at least 10-12 minutes.
