I live so close to this starbucks but wont ever return... used my points to order a venti hazelnut shaken and I get a 3/4 cup with cinnamon in it... BTW I can't have cinnamon they definitely need more training or to fire them!!! Have a beautiful Monday
Not my favorite Starbucks. I honestly avoid this one. My drink is more often messed up here than other locations. Either made wrong entirely or they burn the milk when they steam it. They also charge you tax when other locations don't. I'm not sure why. Their DT does often take longer than other locations as well.
We visit this store often since it's close to my kids school. We typically go through the drive thru. Staff is always fast and friendly. Drinks are well made to our specifications.
The workers are amazing. They gave us history about what the building does and all the events that they have they're really friendly
Came in for my free bday drink and they wouldn't give it to me because I didn't have the app, which was never a requirement when I worked there. I know they could have still given it to me and they just didn't want to. I'll go to Human Bean, I guess.
