Horrible service. I ordered a coffee over the app today around noon/1pm and the worker was going off on me in front of other customers about my coffee order. Instead of just asking me questions about my order she basically shamed me for my order throughout the time it took her to make the drink. All of my responses were polite and respectful. Amazing staff, helpful and positive despite how busy the store is.
The young lady who gave us our two coffee was rude and disrespectful. When my grown som said Thank you she just turned a continued her conversation with the cashier .How about a Thank you?
I ordered a small, non-milk mocha latte. I received a grand mocha with 2% milk. I am allergic to milk, so when I took a sip, I knew something was wrong when I started feeling ill. The person did not hear a word I said and placed the wrong drink order. She was too busy having an attitude. Starbucks will be hearing from a legal team.⁰
