Say they are open till 10pm, get there at 9:30pm and they are already closed, look at you at the door and laugh.
The only reason it isnt 5 stars is because almost every time I ask for a warm coffee I end up getting a hot coffee instead and cant give it to my son right away. I have to go home and add more cold milk to it in order to cool it down for him to drink.
I come here every Saturday morning and I wait over 20 minutes at the window and you just see all the workers passing by. This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. My drink will be ready, but everybody’s too busy to actually take my payment and hand it to me. If there’s another Starbucks close by, I recommend going elsewhere.
Paid 7$ for a matcha and got milk ….. very disappointed since we waited a while.
