Scott was the epitome of customer service when I visited at this location. He was patient, accommodating, and incredibly helpful. He very kindly explained to me the benefits of the Starbucks app and how to use rewards. He also showed me how to add my gift card to the app. He was kind throughout and went above and beyond what was required of him. Staff deserves recognition for how kind and upbeat they are in an environment where people are often going through a lot they act as a heartbeat along with the caregivers they serve and patients they serve.
Waited 30 mins for a flat white. It should be a way to notify customers that it is a delay.
Mobile order marked as ready 10 min before drink sat on pickup counter, tried to ask about it and worker was very rude saying she will be with me in a minute.
