The service can be slow sometimes but that just depends on the time you go
I was disappointed with my experience today. While one employee was preparing a drink, another employee was dusting/cleaning an area near the ceiling, and I could visibly see dust falling down. I was concerned about the dust potentially getting onto the drink or food-preparation area. Cleaning is important, but this should be done in a way that doesn’t risk contaminating drinks or food being prepared. I hope management addresses this.
Kevin is the absolute perfect example of what GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE looks like. Starbucks, you have a STAR on your team. Kevin did not stop smiling, even when I bothered him to remake my drink. He is so patient, understanding, friendly, smiley and kind. Please have him train every starbucks employee in antelope valley.
I'm a regular here, and the entire staff are always so kind and welcoming!!!! I literally never go anywhere else!!!
