We just picked up an order for about 6 of us at the office. It was 2 caramel Frappuccino's a peppermint mocha, and some other's. Every single one of us complained that our drinks were terrible. The Frapps were not sweet and very watered down, it didn't even taste like coffee. The other drinks also tasted espresso-less. I don't like to leave bad reviews but for the amount of money spent at this establishment, I really am just pissed. Like...do better man. Please
Lovely staff but they seemed MISERABLE on thanksgiving. No wonder! Apparently they were open normal hours. There’s absolutely no reason for a Starbucks to be open until 9pm on a holiday. Who ever was in charge of that decision should be ashamed of themselves. Thank you to the staff I got to talk to. They really were amazing. Just wish they could’ve spent the day with family instead of at work.
