We walked in around 10:30 to order some beverages and a cake pop for the rest of our trip home. There were 4 cars in the drive thru and we were the only customers at the counter. It took 2-3 min for 1 person out of 4 employees to acknowledge: 1. We were standing there 2. Here with my husband and all the baristas are being super judgy. "wow what an original additive" "every single drink has cold foam on it". Like if you're going to be that miserable then don't go into customer service. Starbucks' whole thing is about customization. Don't get mad when someone customizes their drink.
The service was great however I ordered an Iced Shaken Espresso and was in disbelief on how much ICE!! The whole cup was filled to the brim with ice and the actual coffee portion was no more than a couple sips
