I ordered my coffee on the app as usual. Went i went inside to pick it up. (There were no customers in the store) 5 visible employees complaining about who knows what. No one said good morning or have a nice day. Then the caveat was they made my drink drink wrong. They didnt add the extra 2 shots of espresso. STARBUCKS use to be the best. Almost 10 for a cup of coffee. I just want it right.
The people on the night shift are actually sweet as pie! :D I greatly appreciate the stellar customer service! The coffee is great and always on time, thank you guys so much for the kind atmosphere!
Guys this is the best Starbucks I have been too! First of all the drinks taste awesome!!! Second of all we kind came late coming off from the highway towards their closing time and the staff were really nice about it. Instead of being really rude or giving dirty looks the staff had awesome customer service with an bright smile and made the drinks taste really well instead of making them really sloppy or making them watered down like other places would.
