I went in today 6/30/26 around 1045am 1100am. I was greeted by a very sweet barista named ivanna. She was very nice and outgoing and has an incredible smile..She made my large pink drink. She was very courteous and nice..The icing on the cake was she wrote thanks on the cup..just wanted to recognize her for just being a bright fresh of air..
today (6/30/26 @ 8:32am) I went in and two women were working. everything was fine or so I thought. as I got my drink, I said thank you and started reading the sticker to make sure everything was corrected because the woman taking my order didnt confirm before i paid. while I was doing so the woman who made my drink said "have a good day" I was going to reply after I was done scanning it over (it took 1 sec) and in that time she decided to have a passive aggressive conversation with herself saying "have a good day" she said ... read more
There is an amazing young man named Jacob … he is so attentive and courteous . I sure hope he goes exceptionally far ! Thank you so much it was pleasure to go have Starbucks today because of you! Thank you again from the lovely couple you spoke to today.
The barista today tried charging me extra for light ice. I just left I go to Starbucks daily for the last few years and it’s a small percentage of barista maybe about 5 people have gave me issues when I ask for light ice or no ice on my drinks.
