This Starbucks location is by far the worst in the area. Although our office is conveniently situated just across the street, we’ve made the decision to drive to other locations because the service here is consistently unacceptable. The staff is often slow and seems to lack basic competence, which contributes to a frustrating experience every time we visit. Got a drink and almost drank half and as I was chewing on the Java chips I bit into glass. I’m pregnant and freaking out because where did the glass come from? They acted like they didn’t even care. No compassion. I won’t be coming here again. UPDATE! Called customer service and tried giving me money instead of handling the situation!!! What a horrible company! I don’t want money I want the people who were responsible to be fired! They laughed in my face and said it wasn’t a big deal!
