Coffee was good, but Kailey was very rude. The wait times were egregious as well. Everyone seemed frazzled.

This Starbucks location is by far the worst in the area. Although our office is conveniently situated just across the street, we’ve made the decision to drive to other locations because the service here is consistently unacceptable. The staff is often slow and seems to lack basic competence, which contributes to a frustrating experience every time we visit.
