Lovely people working there. I am just disappointed in my orders being messed up. Almost every time I have asked for coconut cream soft top.....it never comes with it. This has happened to me more than 3 times already. I appreciate the friendliness and professionalism !
Shoutout to the lady at the intercom—she was incredibly nice. To be clear, the drink itself was perfectly fine; the toasted coconut was good and lasted throughout the drink, so I’m not complaining about the quality. My issue is the insane price point. Adding $0.50 to a $5.75 drink is nearly a 9% upcharge. As the photo shows, there’s nothing special about it. Starbucks is already making a massive margin; these types of ridiculous upcharges are a lesson learned for me. I won’t be wasting money on that add-on again.
I brought my daughter here for a small treat after her dentist appointment. The café was fairly busy, but while we were in line I noticed a table with some papers and a sticky pad on it. No one had been sitting there the entire time we waited in line or for our order, so once we got our drinks and snacks we sat there. Store is losing their reputation of good service. The drinks are not staying consistent with normal Starbucks. We recently ordered a Venti and got a Grande fill. Did not see the size until got home as I was bringing it home for someone else. Was expecting it to be kept with Starbucks standards. This is not the first time, it a habit for this location.
They saw this.. and thought it was ok to give to a customer. Not my first bad experience at this location. Ordered a frappuccino once, and it was clear they forgot the frap base (i used to work for starbucks for many years and know what that tastes like).. but I had already driven away both times. It was not even busy. I was the only one in line when i arrived at the drive thru.
