Not sure why but server was not as friendly as I'm use to. In MD all we have to do is give your phone number but because we didn't have the app he made us feel like we weren't real Starbucks customers. It was my lady's birthday and all she wanted was her birthday pumpkin latte. All I'm saying is if you need to have the app for anything to work we need to know. I give it low marks because the music is too loud. You can't comfortably sit there and relax. The counter person got my daughter's order incorrect since he couldn't hear what she said.
