I'm a regular and come to this Starbucks every other day.. they are usually amazing with great customer service, but today I came to just get my daughter ice water which they usually charge me 50cent no problem, and I buy coffee pastries etc totaling over 20plus $$ but today I only could afford a water and TRISTEN wouldn't even sale me a ice water saying I have to buy something else it's policy which is crazy cause I was buying the water wasn't asking for it for free!! I'm never going to this place again and y'all shouldn't either! It's now been 3 times that I've come and ordered only 2 things , and they applied a tip for themselves without asking me. I didn't notice before because I always pay with my card and they don't hand a receipt. Well this time I asked for one because I noticed the price and yes they had a tip in it which I wasn't asked for if they could apply it.
